F. (Fallon) Renee Hamilton, a native Houstonian, is an attorney by trade but an entrepreneur, writer and poet by passion. She has always had an infatuation with words and using them to display the many emotions that we feel but cannot always explain. She is a graduate of Southern University, where she was a staff writer for the award-winning student newspaper, the Southern Digest, and obtained her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. While poetry is her first love, she also enjoys writing short-stories. Her first published work entitled “An Ode” was released in November 2018. She is also a contributing author in Superwoman Survival Stories, Love Letters to My Girls, The HBCU Experience: The Southern University System, and provided the foreword for Superwoman Survival Stories Volume II.
In addition to writing, she is an avid reader, and has created a brand called Literary Alchemy that promotes literacy and the power of words.
She is also the co-founder of A Tribe Called Manifest, which provides a safe space for Black and Brown women to connect spiritually and holistically. She brings her unique perspective as a writer and energy-worker to facilitate a host of writing workshops for attendees. She co-hosts the Guild of Jaliyah Writing Workshop for self-identifying Black women the first Thursday of every month on Clubhouse.
She enjoys volunteering, spending time with family & friends, traveling the world, and playing with her dog Pepper.
