Fallon Vaughn, also creatively known as F. Renee Hamilton, a native Houstonian, is an attorney by trade but an entrepreneur, writer and poet by passion. She has always had an infatuation with words and using them to display the many emotions that we feel but cannot always explain. She is a graduate of Southern University, where she was a staff writer for the award-winning student newspaper, the Southern Digest, and obtained her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. While poetry is her first love, she also enjoys writing short stories. Her first published work entitled “An Ode” was released in November 2018. She is also a contributing author in Superwoman Survival Stories, Love Letters to My Girls, The HBCU Experience: The Southern University System, and provided the foreword for Superwoman Survival Stories Volume II. Her work has also been featured in Radicle Threads magazine, and other online periodicals.

In addition to writing, she is an avid reader, and speaker that promotes literacy and the power of words.

She is also the co-host of You Better Than Me: The Podcast which airs weekly wherever you listen to your favorite podcasts.

She enjoys volunteering, spending time with family & friends, traveling the world, playing with her dog Pepper and settling into newlywed life with her husband.
